• Payments must be made in advance for scheduled services unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Quotes provided are valid for 30 days.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

• We are not responsible for natural wear, age-related damage, or defects in headstones or monuments that may limit the effectiveness of our services.
• We will not be liable for damage caused by improper prior restoration, vandalism, or unstable structures.
• Our website content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee its accuracy, availability, or functionality.
